As a loyal customer of Pizza Blaster, I was excited to try out their new app for iOS devices. Unfortunately, my experience with the app was nothing short of disastrous. After ordering two pizzas through the app, I was left waiting for what felt like an eternity without any sign of my food arriving.

The first red flag was when the app claimed that my order had been delivered, but I never received it. With no way to contact the store or get in touch with customer service, I was left wondering what was going on and feeling frustrated and hungry. It was a nightmare trying to resolve the issue, as the app provided no option to report a problem with my order or request re-delivery.

To make matters worse, when I tried calling the corporate number for assistance, I was told that I had to go through their website's help section instead of getting any real-time support. This lack of customer service is unacceptable and left me feeling like I was completely on my own in dealing with this issue.

Despite having used Pizza Blaster's app for delivery multiple times without incident and enjoying good experiences when dining in-person at the store, tonight's disaster has left a sour taste in my mouth. The new app seems to be plagued by poor customer service, making it a potential disaster if you plan on using it for delivery.

In conclusion, my experience with Pizza Blaster's new iOS app was a huge letdown. I hope that they will take my feedback into consideration and work on improving their customer service before it's too late. As for me, I'll be thinking twice before ordering from them again anytime soon.
